Radboud University Nijmegen and Radboud University Medical Centre (SKU) is a leading European university. The institute participates with two Departments: Cognitive Neuroscience and Donders Centre for Cognition. CNS and DCC are part of the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour (DI), an excellent, internationally renowned center for science and training in cognition-related neuroscience research. The DI is a world-class research center devoted to understanding the mechanistic underpinnings of human cognition and behavior. The DI is home to more than 600 researchers from 35 countries. During its last evaluation, the DI was assessed by an international evaluation committee as excellent and recognized as a ‘very stimulating environment for top researchers, as well as for young talent’.

Jan Buitelaar, full professor of psychiatry, will supervise ESR7, and provide secondments for ESR9. Sabine Hunnius, full professor of developmental psychology, is co-leading WP1, will supervise ESR4, co-supervise ESR7, and provide secondment to ESR9. Iris Oosterling, senior researcher and expert in assessment and interventions of autism at early age, will co-supervise ESR9. Robert Oostenveld, associate PI and EEG/MEG physicist, will co-supervise and provide methodological support to ERS4.
